Our brilliant customer service team can offer store credit, product exchange if you are not 100% satisfied, or a full refund for all Presto Coffee 30 days post purchase.
Refunds are available for extenuating circumstances which can’t be resolved by our customer service team. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and returned in the original packaging. Shipping to our returns address must be covered by the customer and we’ll offer a full refund on receipt of the return.
