      Absolutely love presto coffee particularly velvet latte

      Velvet latte is an amazing flavour . Fresh beans and gorgeous smell. I don’t by any other coffee at all . Always on time good prices ans quick postage x

      Coffee is amazing but customer service is terrible

      I would give 5 stars for the coffee 100% it taste amazing and the flavour combinations are perfect. But as it comes to the customers service side they do not respond back to your emails, I have sent 2 emails and have not even heard back from them. Such as shame about the customer service! But I still gave it a 4 star based on the coffee
